ADL stands for "Activities of Daily Living", and that is what our business is all about.  

We manufacture and distribute products that help with those essential day to day tasks that can  become difficult as we grow older.

ADL resources products are currently sold throughout Australia and exported to New Zealand and Singapore. 

The company is based in Adelaide, South Australia.  It is owned and managed by Scott Battersby, with manufacturing being done by local contractors.

All the products are made in Australia, using Australian raw materials where possible.

History 

Operations commenced in 1997 when Scott Battersby manufactured a small batch of timber bed raisers for a local hospital.

The size of the Bed Raiser market soon became apparent and the decision was made to invest in tooling to produce Bed Raisers using a plastic injection moulding process.  The mould for the 40mm Bed Raisers was constructed in Adelaide and the first parts were moulded on 8/09/97.

Since then, further investments in moulding and processing equipment have been made to expand the product range.

Future

We plan to continue bringing you innovative and cost effective new products.
